GENERAL BOOKING GUIDELINES AND MECHANICS FOR SCHOOL YEAR 2010 - 2011

1.) Choose your desired Prime Option of Services OPTION 1:     FULL PACKAGE Consist of Transportation and Itinerary. Package Rate is presented on a PER HEAD BASIS. OPTION 2:     TRANSPORTATION ONLY Presented on a PER BUS or PER COASTER Rate OPTION 3:     ITINERARY ONLY 360 packages are available on pages 5 to 15 and 35 to 45 of the "Within our Island 5th Edition" All Package are presented at GROSS rate and exclusive of transportation hence, such can be adjusted depending  on the venue discount assigned for the school. Look for the Butterfly Logo. 2.) TRANSPORTATION RATE varies depending on the point of Pick-up to the Point of Destination. Kindly ask your Prime Tour Consultant for the accurate TRANSPORTATION rate to apply. 3.)  To come up with the total cost of availing OPTION 1: FULL PACKAGE, simply add the transportation rate to any of the itinerary package rates available. 4.) SPECIAL INCENTIVES SCHEMES An outright of Php 10.00 per head shall be automatically availed if there will be a minimum load of 100 paid pax, such provision is only applicable once any of the itinerary packages presented on pages 5 to 15 and 35 to 45 is considered. All Educational Tour Packages are INCLUSIVE of the service of the Prime Tour Facilitator per bus for a more organized and educational fieldtrip experience. Customized package are also available upon request. Legal Rebate from the venue/s shall be deducted from the package rate, look for the butterfly logo indicated on any itinerary packages. FOR FULL PACKAGE: Once the school reaches 1000 tour participants, such can avail of 1 bus FREE for your Teacher's Summer Outing en route either to the farthest point of Batangas, Subic or any area of a similar mileage. (Exclusive of driver's meal and Php 500.00 service fee)

Service of a Resource Person or Tour Facilitator per Bus Prizes for Games and Prime Tour Souvenirs Bus Numbers FREE one (1) Streamer with School or Company Logo for every four (4) bus Teachers joining the tour shall be Free of Charge (maximum of 2 teachers per bus) Free lunch for teachers on board (maximum of 2 teachers per bus) Insurance Coverage per passenger while on-board Toll Fees and other Gate Fees NEW INNOVATION: Provision of Tour Manual for each student about the places visited during the tour event shall be available upon request. OPTION 2: TRANSPORTATION ONLY INCLUSIONS: Use of Air-conditioned Bus (Tourist Standard with 55 to 60 seating capacity with TV, DVD and PA Sound System) COASTERS/ VAN are also available upon request Complete Facilitation of permits and reservation on the chosen itinerary Assistance of one (1) Tour Coordinator for every four (4) buses. Driver's meal and allowance FREE one (1) Streamer with School or Company Logo for every four (4) bus DROP AND PICK-UP services for your retreats, conferences, seminar events are also available at reasonable cost.
